Skiddoo sponsored the 2012 Sydney Festival, it gave us a chance to bring the fun back into travel. Located right next to the world famous Spiegeltent, our Skiddoo Departure Lounge was where you experienced the old romantic age of travel within the high tech Skiddoo world. The perfect place to meet up with friends, relax on one of our lounges and just hang out before you checked out your favourite acts.

The festival goers enjoyed our four giant beach balls, which were thrown into the crowds as some of the lead acts performed at the festival.

We had some amazing competitions happening and prizes during the festival! Anyone who 'checked-in' to the Skiddoo Departure Lounge got the chance to WIN $2000 off their next trip. All you needed to do was pin your Skiddoo boarding pass (received when you check-in to the lounge), onto our world map showing us your preferred destination, and you were in it to win it.

Surprises kept skiddoo-ing your way throughout the festival... our roaming Skiddoo photographers snapped festival goers and gave away free T-shirts, travel vouchers, festival tickets and more.
