Coronavirus (COVID-19) travel update
Due to the ongoing Coronavirus outbreak, the Australian Government has announced that all travellers entering Australia will need to self isolate for 14 days. For further information please refer to the following link:
Travellers coming or transiting from mainland China, Iran, Italy and the Republic of Korea will be denied entry to Australia, unless you are an Australian citizen, permanent resident or immediate family member.
The Australian Government strongly suggests that Australians should reconsider their travels during this time.
We are currently experiencing a high demand of calls and emails. If you wish to cancel your booking and your departure is within 72 hours, please email us (email@example.com) and mark it as URGENT COVID-19. For all other enquiries, we ask that you contact us closer to your departure date as we need to prioritise immediate travels. Please note that there may be a delay with the refund processing due to the high volume of cancellations. We appreciate your paitence during this time.
Skiddoo will waive the change/cancellation fees in line with individual Airline Policies.
Please be mindful that not all Airlines are providing full refunds but are offering credit for future travel. Download here to see the airlines refunds/changs policy. If the airline you are traveling with is not on the list please email us on firstname.lastname@example.org.
For all Qantas customers who have flights booked for travel departure prior to 31st July 2020 can cancel their booking and hold ticket in credit for future travel. Please ensure that you have contactd us to cancel your booking by 30th April 2020. The ticket can be held in credit, however must be rebooked and ticket submitted for reissue. All travel to be completed by 31st December 2021.
No change fees apply when rebooking but please note that standard conditions of the fare purchased apply and the ticket can only be reissued to a fare of equal or higher value than the original fare.
For tickets issued prior to 26th March 2020 for Qantas and Jetstar International flight cancellations up to 31st May 2020 and announced flight cancellations up to 30th September 2020, refund fees will be waived accordance with this policy.
For tickets issued after 26th March 2020, are not entitled to FOC refund policy, these will be either ticket in credit or normal refund penalties apply.
To avoid no show fees please ensure you cancel your flights 24hrs prior to departure. Please also make sure you get confirmation of the cancellation.
