How do I recieve my E-tickets?

We will send you an e-ticket receipt, which includes your itinerary and receipt of payment, along with our terms and conditions and any information related to your booking. E-ticket receipt will usually be sent within 48 working hours from completion of booking.

What is an E-ticket?

An e-ticket is an electronic ticket that you are able to print out at your convenience. You will need to have a printed copy of your e-ticket when you arrive at the airport.

How do I change my booking?

Depending on the airline and the fare paid, you may be able to change either your travel date, or your routing. If you wish to enquire about making such changes, please email us on contactus@skiddoo.com.au Our operating hours are 9am to midnight, Sydney time, 7 days a week. If it is outside these times and your change is urgent, we advise you to contact the airline directly (Airline contact details)If change is permitted, then the Skiddoo change fee will be  $72 per person per change, plus any airline change fees and fare and tax difference (if applicable). (Pricing)

How do I cancel my ticket and get a refund?

Depending on the airline and the fare paid, you may be able to cancel your reservation and obtain a refund. How do I correct the spelling of my name, if I have misspelt it?

Your name must be spelt in the reservation and on the ticket, exactly as is spelt on your passport. If you discover that this is not the case, please email us on contactus@skiddoo.com.au Our operating hours are 9am to midnight, Sydney time, 7 days a week. If it is outside these times and your change is urgent, we advise you to contact the airline directly (Airline contact details). as soon as possible to correct it. Different airlines have different policies and procedures for doing this, and it can depend on factors such as how many different airlines are in your itinerary. In some extreme cases, no name correction at all may be permitted. If name spelling correction is permitted, then the Skiddoo change fee will be $72 per person per change, plus any airline change fees and fare and tax difference (if applicable). (Pricing) 

Tickets are non transferable, so you can never substitute one person for another.

How do I make special requests?

If you wish to request special meals, (due to religious or dietary requirements, or if you have young children or babies travelling), or if you have particular health or medical requirements or require assistance during the check in process, or if you would like to make seating request (which may include a bassinet seat if travelling with an infant), then please email us on contactus@skiddoo.com.au Our operating hours are 9am to midnight, Sydney time, 7 days a week. Skiddoo does not charge for such services, however in some cases the airline may charge.

How do I enter my Frequent Flyer Information? 

During the booking process you will be asked to enter your frequent flyer details, including your frequent flyer program and number. If you did not enter this during the booking, please email us on contactus@skiddoo.com.au and advise us the details and we will add these to the booking. It is always a good idea to present your frequent flyer card or number at check in, just to be sure.
